• Where is the store based?

• When will my order ship?

  All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Usually, most mid-week are shipped within 12-24hrs, but sometimes it may be a couple of business days. Please do not send emails asking when an item will ship within 2 BUSINESS days. Often times, if it has been a couple of days, your order has already shipped, but I have not yet sent the tracking details, this will be done next time I'm sitting down to look at the orders. Any emails asking "when will my product ship, or I haven't received my tracking" when it has been less than two business days, will not be responded to. If it's been a week and you haven't received tracking, please check you spam, it may have been filtered out.

• Why haven't I received a tracking number?

  All items are shipped with tracking. The email containing your tracking and shipping advice is sent through Storenvy, it is not sent through the official ROYALE email ([email protected]) For this reason, the confirmation email may have ended up in an email folder other than your inbox. Please double check your other email folders from the date of purchase.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We only use Express services and generally it's about 10-12 days, but often it arrives before then, depending on the country and frequency of flights to that country from Australia.

• Will I be charged Import Taxes or VAT in my country?

  Import taxes vary greatly from country to country and if your country does charge import taxes or value added tax for any item imported, this will apply to you. Import taxes are NOT withheld at the time of purchase and will apply at the time of import into your country. Please revise your own countries import tax laws prior to purchase to better understand the import fee associated with the purchase.

• Why we no longer accept PayPal

  It' been a Love-hate relationship with PayPal. They have taken to withholding payment in Escrow until the parcel is delivered, and while that sounds great for a customer, it means this small business won't have the cash-flow to invest in new projects in a timely manner. This is especially problematic when there is a large influx of sales around a new release, it may be weeks before any money comes through from PayPal, thus also putting the business out of pocket initially for shipping expenses. Cash-flow is the most important thing to a small operation like this, PayPal fails on this terribly. The reputation of ROYALE Filmwear is very strong within the Bond community so sales have been virtually unaffected since we stopped accepting PayPal. Stripe is a very secure payment method and only they actually handle your credit card details. Another solution may be to use a prepaid credit card if you still have concerns with using Stripe.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship WORLDWIDE, from Australia.

• Where is ROYALE Filmwear based?

  We are located in Beaudesert, Queensland, Australia and ship to all countries.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
